Welcome to the official settlement website for the Ahrendt, et al. v. Wipro, LLC, et al. class and collective action lawsuit. This notice is to inform you that a proposed settlement has been reached, and you may be eligible to receive a payment if you worked as a customer service representative or other call center agent for Wipro LLC or Wipro Limited during the time period of April 28, 2019, through May 31, 2023, or opted-in to the litigation. The settlement was agreed upon to avoid the burdens of litigation, and while Wipro denies the allegations, they have agreed to create a settlement fund of up to $1,750,000.00 to compensate eligible class members.
Important Dates:
- Claim Form Deadline: April 29, 2024
- Fairness Hearing: May 23, 2024 at 10:00 a.m.
To participate in the settlement and be eligible for a settlement payment, complete and submit the enclosed Claim Form by mail or online at the case website by the deadline. If you choose to do nothing, you will not be eligible for a settlement payment. If you wish to opt out of the settlement or object to it, please follow the instructions provided in the notice.
